Locate small bag of hardw
are containing two Allen
hex screws, two large flat washers, two small flat washers
and two split pins.
1. Place one wheel on the axle followed by a large flat
washer. Secure by inserting a split pin through the hole
in the end of the axle, bend the ends over using pliers.
(Fig. 3)
2. Press wheel cover on wheel.
3. Position the axle assembly on the inside of the support
tube as shown in Fig. 4, aligning the hole in the axle
with the hole in the support. Place a lockwasher and
small flat washer on the Allen hex screw and guide
them up through the hole in support tube and into the
hole in the axle.The flat washer should be next to the
axle.
4. Assemble the other tube support to the other end of the
axle in the same manner.
5. Attach the second wheel to the axle using the same
method as described in step 1.
MOTOR ASSEMBLY & WHEELS
NOTE: Locate small bag of hardware containing four flat
washers, four lockwashers and four hex nuts.
1. Remove feeder tube from motor assembly by loosening
3 Spring Loaded caging knobs. (Fig. 5)
2. Lay motor assembly down on flat surface with cord and
switch facing up.
3. Aliqn support tubes of wheels to motor assembly.
4. Secure with flat washers, lockwashers and hex nuts as
shown in Fig. 5 & Fig. 6.
5. Reassemble the feed tube with the chute over the
flange, replace and tighten the three caging knobs.
HOPPER ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Locate small bag of hardware containing five one
w
a
y security screws and washers.
1.Place the hopper on top of the feed tube, align the holes.
Secure with the safety screws and washers. (Fig. 7)
